Homemade Honey Buns or Rolls

1 c. Warm Water

4 1/2 tsp. Yeast

1/4 c. Honey

1 tsp. Salt

1/3 c. Softened Butter

1 Egg

3 1/2 c. Flour

• Sprinkle yeast over warm water.  Allow to dissolve and foam for about 5 minutes.  Dump rest of ingredients, including water and yeast, in bowl.  Mix together.  Knead about 5 minutes, until dough is smooth and elastic, adding additional flour if needed.  On a floured surface turn out dough and divide into desired amounts.  Rolls (24), Small buns (12), Large buns (8).  Shape into balls and place on greased baking sheet.  Cover and let rise 45 minutes.  Bake @ 425*F for 10-15 minutes.
