These moist cheesy garlic biscuits are my husbands personal favourite… and I’d have to agree with him, they are very delicious!

You will need:
Cookie Sheet
Kitchen Aid or Hand Mixer
Mixing Bowl
Cheese Grater

Moist Cheesy Garlic Biscuits
These moist, cheesy garlic biscuits are a personal favourite!

  1. 1 1/3 c. Flour
  2. 1/2 tsp. Salt
  3. 1/2 tsp. Baking powder
  4. 5 Tbsp. Butter
  5. 1 c. Milk
  6. 1 c. Shredded cheddar cheese
  7. 1/4 c. Butter, melted
  8. 1 garlic clove, minced
  1. Preheat oven to 450*F (230*C)
  2. In a large bowl, sift together flour, salt and baking powder.
  3. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Make a well in the centre of flour/butter mixture. Add the milk and cheddar cheese, stir to combine.
  5. Drop batter by spoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until lightly browned.
  7. While biscuits are baking mix butter and minced garlic.
  8. Brush garlic butter over hot baked biscuits.
