A delicious Spinach and Kale smoothie recipe I found on allrecipes.com (I love that site).
A great way to entertain a healthier diet, while enjoying it! This spinach and kale smoothie has a wonderful flavour with a touch of peanut butter and banana.
- 2 c. Fresh Spinach
- 1 c. Almond Milk (I didn’t have any almond milk so I just used 2%)
- 1 Tbsp. Peanut Butter (Or more if you’re a peanut butter nut like me).
- 1 tsp. Chia Seeds (Optional)
- 1 Leaf Kale
- 1 Sliced Frozen Banana
Mix spinach, milk, peanut butter, chia seeds, and kale together in the blender. Blend until smooth. Cut in the frozen banana, blend again until smooth. This recipe is very adjustable, don’t have a certain ingredient? Find something to replace it, want to add more seeds or other ingredients? Give it a shot.
